Hi, I was wondering if you had used a palette knife for the waterfall. And if so, are the small gaps that show up in the paint intentional, or do they just show up because of the canvas?
I was watching a few Bob Ross videos and it was something I was wondering when he was painting mountains, and the snow seemed to be patchy in the right places.

Hello! Yes I did use a palette knife for the waterfall and the mountains and the small gaps are intentional because I like the effect that they give but they are also created because of putting very little pressure on the knife so that the paint just breaks. You cannot choose where the gaps show up but they will show up if you use that technique. I hope this helps :)

Okay, thanks! :) I don't have the money to pick up painting but I'm hoping to do a lot of that once I'm older.

ohh, this is very beautiful and I love the soft yet chaotic movement. You've captured it well!
